Cancellation & Lateness Policy

If you arrive 10 minutes late you will have to have a plain set. Due to me being back to back I will not have time to do anything more without it pushing my whole day back.
If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will loose your £10 deposit. A new £10 deposit will be required to make a new booking.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

No shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
